After the strawberries are cleaned, chop them into small pieces and place over low heat with the passion fruit pulp and sugar.
Stir occasionally with a spatula so it doesn't stick to the bottom of the pan.
You don't need to add water, the fruits will cook in their own broth.
As soon as it starts to boil, count 20 min and turn off the fire.
To make sure it's on point, put a little on a saucer that was taken to the freezer before. Tilt it, if it runs slowly it's done.
