Na batedeira coloque os  ovos, açúcar, manteiga bate por aproximadamente 5 minutos.  Agora você vai usar um fuê ou colher de pau, coloque o trigo aos poucos intercalando com o suco e vá mexendo delicadamente, acrescente o fermento transfira para uma forma untada e enfarinhada e leve ao forno médio pré aquecido até desgrudar do palito.
