- Hazelnut300 g
- Coconut oil2 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Xylitol3 tablespoon
- If you bought the shelled hazelnut, it's even easier. If not, bake for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then rub with a cloth to remove the husks. Important for the cream not to become bitter.
- With it still hot, hit the processor or blender. It takes patience. First it becomes a flour and then a paste.
- Add the rest of the ingredients and beat until you get a homogeneous texture.
