  1. Note: It is important for you to know that the homemade version is different: the texture is not so smooth (a more powerful processor may help).
  2. Start by roasting your hazelnuts until they are golden brown.
  3. Remove the peels and in a blender beat until a cream is formed (you may need to add the "dough" with the help of a spoon).
  4. Then add the cocoa and sugar little by little, the ideal thing is for you to taste and adjust the amounts to your taste.
  5. Note: Store in a closed container. No need to refrigerate and lasts up to 10 days (if you can handle it)
