  • Fresh cow's milk or sachet milk | 2 l
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Salt |  to taste


  1. Take the sugar to melt in the pan and when it is well melted caramel color add the boiled milk
  2. Add a pinch of salt and let it cook for 1 and a half to 2 hours until it becomes as thick as dulce de leche.
  3. If it gets lumpy, you can beat it with a mixer and let it cook a little longer.
