- Milk1 l
- Condensed milk1 can(s)
- Corn starch2 tablespoon
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence to taste
- Iced whey-free cream1 can(s)
- Dark chocolate250 g
- First reserve the chopped chocolate. Beat the first four ingredients in the blender, then take it to the low fire, stirring until it thickens.
- Let cool covered with plastic wrap to prevent skin forming.
- When it's cold, mix the vanilla, the cream, stir well and take it to the freezer until firm.
- Done that, remove from the freezer, hit the mixer for a few minutes until it gets creamy.
- Add all the reserved chocolate and take it back to your freezer until it hardens.
