  • Wheat flour4 cup
  • Milk300 ml
  • Margarine100 g
  • Salt1 coffee spoon
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Eggs2 unit(s)
  • Milk chocolate bar500 g
  1. In a large bowl, place the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, margarine, salt and yeast.
  2. Mix the ingredients and with your hand knead the dough for about 10 minutes until you get a smooth and homogeneous dough.
  3. Place the dough in a container and cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
  4. Roll out the dough with a rolling pin and leave it to a thickness of 1 or 2 centimeters.
  5. Cut the dough with two cutters of different sizes to form a donut.
  6. Put the cut dough in a shape and let it rest for another 30 minutes.
  7. Fry the donuts over medium heat until golden.
  8. Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave and dip the donuts in and decorate with sprinkles.
