  • Wheat Flour4 cup
  • Milk300 ml
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Margarine100 g
  • Sugar5 tablespoon
  • Salt1 teaspoon
  • Organic Yeast1 unit(s)
  • Milk or semisweet chocolate bar500 g
  • Granules to decorate to taste
  1. In a large bowl, place the flour, eggs, milk, sugar, margarine, salt and yeast.
  2. Mix well and then knead the dough with your hand until you get a homogeneous dough.
  3. The point is when it is no longer sticking to the hand.
  4. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  5. Roll out the dough with the help of a rolling pin and cut it into circles and use a smaller cutter to make it into a donut shape.
  6. Let it rest for another 10 minutes.
  7. Fry in hot oil until golden.
  8. Melt the chocolate in the microwave.
  9. Dip half of the donuts in chocolate and decorate with sprinkles of your choice.
