- Sour cream01 unit(s)
- chocolate powder08 tablespoon
- Corn starch05 tablespoon
- In a blender, beat all the ingredients, except the cream.
- Soon after, put it in a pan and take it to the medium fire, always stirring until it thickens and being careful not to lump.
- Once it thickens, turn off the heat and let it cool.
- After cooling, beat in the mixer with the cream of milk, until it gets very creamy.
- Place on a platter or in glasses and take the fridge for 2 hours to freeze well.
- If you want to decorate with chocolate shavings, chestnuts or BIS, but only put it when serving, so you don't run the risk of wilting.
