  • Sour cream01 unit(s)
  • chocolate powder08 tablespoon
  • Corn starch05 tablespoon
  1. In a blender, beat all the ingredients, except the cream.
  2. Soon after, put it in a pan and take it to the medium fire, always stirring until it thickens and being careful not to lump.
  3. Once it thickens, turn off the heat and let it cool.
  4. After cooling, beat in the mixer with the cream of milk, until it gets very creamy.
  5. Place on a platter or in glasses and take the fridge for 2 hours to freeze well.
  6. If you want to decorate with chocolate shavings, chestnuts or BIS, but only put it when serving, so you don't run the risk of wilting.
