Whole wheat flour or quinoa flakes1 cup
Brown sugar or demerara1/2 cup
Egg1 unit(s)
Yeast1 dessert spoon
Unsalted butter (half a table)100 g
Honey3 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder1 dessert spoon

Mix the dry ingredients with the slightly softened butter and add the rest of the ingredients.
Mix with your hands until you get a homogeneous mass.
Open with a roll, cut with the cutters or as you like.
Place in oven at 180 degrees until lightly golden and turn on both sides.
