- Brown sugar3/4 cup
- Salt1 teaspoon
- Baking soda1/2 teaspoon
- Melted butter1/2 cup

- Vanilla essence1 dessert spoon
- Wheat flour11/4 cup
- Chopped chocolate/or drops250 g
- In a bowl, beat the granulated sugar, brown sugar, salt together with the bicarbonate and butter until a homogeneous cream is formed.
- After adding the egg and vanilla essence, beat again.
- Sift the wheat flour and add with a spatula by hand. Put the chopped chocolate. The dough has a texture very similar to ice cream dough.
- Line parchment paper in a shape, use two spoons or an ice cream scoop to make the balls. Pay attention to the size and distance from each other. make them small because when they start to bake they spread and can stick to each other. Oven for 10 to 15 minutes. Let it cool well to take it out.
