Ingredients

  • Coconut milk glass | 200 ml
  • Water | 200 ml
  • Sugar | 1 kg

Recipe

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pan, mix well and take it to the high fire, without stirring anymore. When it's bubbling, wait for it to reduce a little and test the point: take a little of the dough with a spoon and put it under the water. If it hardens and takes on a glassy appearance, it's ready. Pour immediately onto a buttered granite countertop and wait for it to cool a little, just enough to be able to hold the dough with your hands. With both hands, stretch the dough forming a long thread - so that it is well stretched, ask someone for help. Gather the ends and repeat the operation several times, until the dough is white and streaky. Arrange the fillets over the sink and cut the candies with very sharp scissors. Wait 12 hours before serving.
