- 200g chilled margarine or 10 tbsp200 g
- 200 ml of whole milk200 ml
- 400 g of sugar400 g
- 420g of wheat flour420 g
- 2 tablespoons of nest powder2 tablespoon
- 1 tablespoon of yeast1 tablespoon
- Place the eggs, sugar and chilled margarine in the mixer and beat on high speed until the ingredients double in volume.
- After that add the whole milk and powdered milk, beat a little more just to mix.
- Now add the flour and baking powder little by little and mix with a large spoon.
- Finish it hitting the mixer for another 10 seconds just so the ingredients and mix well.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 45 minutes or until golden.
- FOR COVERAGE 1 A can of condensed milk 2 box of sour cream 4 spoons of sifted nest powder
- Place all the ingredients in a pan over low heat and stir for approximately 7 minutes, non-stop until you reach the point of coverage.
- Let it cool down a bit and cover your cake.
