  • Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Hot water1 cup
  1. Over low heat, melt the sugar with the vinegar.
  2. When caramelizing add the sliced bananas.
  3. Add hot water until the bananas are covered.
  4. Let the broth thicken and the recipe redden.
  5. Serve cold.
