Home Made Pudding

Coloque os ovos, leite condensado e o leite líquido no liquidificador e bata. Reserve a massa.

Place the eggs, condensed milk and liquid milk in a blender and blend. Reserve the dough.

Para fazer a calda, derreta o açucar na panela até dourar, adicionando água e engrossando. Coloque esse açucar em uma forma redonda com buraco no meio, e despeje a massa feita antes. Leve ao forno médio por 40 minutos em banho-maria e está pronto.
