  • Cashew Nut Paste250 g
  • 70% cocoa chocolate bar2 unit(s)
  1. In a non-stick frying pan, add the almonds and stir them until golden and set aside.
  2. In a bowl, add the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.
  3. Then remove the pit from the dates, fill them with the toasted almond and then with the cashew nut paste.
  4. Using a fork, dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate, mixing well. Gently shake to remove excess.
  5. Arrange the dates in a container lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer for 10 to 20 minutes.
