- In a non-stick frying pan, add the almonds and stir them until golden and set aside.
- In a bowl, add the chocolate and melt it in a bain-marie.
- Then remove the pit from the dates, fill them with the toasted almond and then with the cashew nut paste.
- Using a fork, dip the stuffed dates in the melted chocolate, mixing well. Gently shake to remove excess.
- Arrange the dates in a container lined with parchment paper and place them in the freezer for 10 to 20 minutes.
