- Oat bran3 tablespoon
- Cashew Nut Flour3 tablespoon
- Skimmed liquid milk3 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Xylitol1 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 coffee spoon
- Mix all the ingredients and finally the yeast. Place in a greased skillet over low heat and cook for about 5 minutes, then turn and bake for another 5 minutes. Be careful not to burn. If necessary, use 2 stove grates!
