- Ghee Butter (I teach homemade in the tips)150 g
- 70% cocoa chocolate200 g
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Gems2 unit(s)
- Gluten-free flour80 g
- Almond flour20 g
- Cocoa powder for greasing to taste
- To make the petit gateau, melt the chocolate and ghee in a bowl in the microwave on low power.
- Meanwhile, mix the eggs, yolks and sugar in another bowl. Incorporate into the melted chocolate and butter and finally add the sifted flours.
- Portion the dough into molds greased with butter and cocoa powder and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 min.
- Unmold and serve.
