To make the petit gateau, melt the chocolate and ghee in a bowl in the microwave on low power.
Meanwhile, mix the eggs, yolks and sugar in another bowl. Incorporate into the melted chocolate and butter and finally add the sifted flours.
Portion the dough into molds greased with butter and cocoa powder and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for about 10 min.
