  • Eggs | 3 unit(s)
  • Demerara sugar | 2 cup
  • Oat flour | 2 cup
  • Oat flakes | 1 cup
  • Olive Oil | 2 tablespoon
  • Passion Fruit Juice (with seeds, optional) | 1 cup
  • Turmeric Powder | 1/2 tablespoon
  • Chemical Yeast | 1 tablespoon


  1. In a blender add all the ingredients, except the yeast, and beat well for approximately 8 minutes.
  2. Add the chemical yeast and stir by hand.
  3. Put the dough in a greased shape, and take it to the preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 40 minutes, use a toothpick to see if it's done.
  4. FOR SYRUP I USED: 1 cup of Passion Fruit Juice with seeds (if you don't like to chew the seeds, just strain) 1 tbsp of Maisena, dissolved in 1/2 cup of water 2 tbsp of 100% stevia sweetener Bring to a boil , stir until you get a firmer consistency.
