- Coconut milk100 ml
- Oat flour1 cup
- Maizena1 tablespoon
- 100% cocoa powder2 tablespoon
- Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
- 40% chocolate bar to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, banana, honey, coconut milk, and a pinch of salt, and set aside;
- In a bowl add the oat flour, cornstarch, cocoa powder and baking powder, mix well and add the blender mixture;
- I put the dough in a greased shape, and add 40 % chocolate pieces in the dough. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for approximately 35 minutes.
- METHOD OF PREPARING THE FLOUR: In a pan add 90g of 40% chocolate bar, 3 tablespoons of cream or coconut milk. Stir over low heat, when the chocolate melts add a box of cream, mix well. After the cake is baked, just add the syrup on top. It's a delight!
