- Coconut oil (28g)2 tablespoon
- Egg2 unit(s)
- Vanilla essence1 coffee spoon
- Oat flour5 tablespoon
- Baking powder2 teaspoon
- Black raisin (optional) to taste
- Grate the carrot (as fine as possible);
- Pre-heat the oven at 180 °;
- Mix all ingredients until a uniform mass, and lastly add the yeast;
- Pour batter into muffin/cup tins and place in preheated oven for approx. 15 minutes.
