  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Brown sugar1/4 cup
  • Cocoa powder1/2 cup
  • Melted butter1/3 cup
  • Chopped walnuts1/2 cup
  • 70% chopped chocolate100 g
  • Baking powder1 teaspoon
  1. Beat the eggs + butter in the mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa.
  2. Add the beaten eggs to this bowl and mix well, then the yeast, nuts and chocolate.
  3. Pour the dough into a refractory lined with parchment paper and let it bake for about 15 minutes (medium oven). Note: You have to keep an eye on the edges to bake and the inside to be soft. When I turned it off I thought it was raw, but let it cool to cut and take off the paper.
