- Oat flour1 cup
- Brown sugar1/4 cup
- Cocoa powder1/2 cup
- Melted butter1/3 cup
- Chopped walnuts1/2 cup
- 70% chopped chocolate100 g
- Baking powder1 teaspoon
- Beat the eggs + butter in the mixer. In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar and cocoa.
- Add the beaten eggs to this bowl and mix well, then the yeast, nuts and chocolate.
- Pour the dough into a refractory lined with parchment paper and let it bake for about 15 minutes (medium oven). Note: You have to keep an eye on the edges to bake and the inside to be soft. When I turned it off I thought it was raw, but let it cool to cut and take off the paper.
