- Oat flour3 cup
- Eggs3 unit(s)
- Very ripe banana (any banana)3 unit(s)
- Honey1/2 cup
- Butter3 tablespoon
- Water (use if dough is difficult to beat)1/2 cup
- Baking Powder1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- Pinch of salt to taste
- Brazil nuts and cashews, almonds, pumpkin and sunflower seeds, 70% chocolate chips and raisins (optional) to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, sugar, butter and bananas. Beat for 3 minutes. Add the oat flour little by little. Additional salt and cinnamon If the dough is difficult to beat, just use water. Add little by little. Then add the yeast and mix gently.
- Pour the dough onto the greased shape with butter and flour.
- Optional Place the chestnuts, almonds, raisins, seeds and chocolate chips on top of the dough to give a crunch.
- Bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 30 minutes or until it's a good thing.
