Egg1 unit(s)
Peanut Butter1/2 cup
Coconut sugar or sweetener1/4 cup
Coconut Flour3 tablespoon
Cinnamon to taste
70% chocolate in drops or chopped to taste

Mix all ingredients in a bowl. Reserve some of the chocolate to add on top later.
Form balls and knead with your hands in the shape of a cookie.
Place in a greased shape and add a little more 70% chocolate on top to decorate.
Bake in the oven at medium temperature for 30 minutes or until golden.
