- Lactose-free milk or other plant-based milk1/3 cup
- shelled hazelnuts1 cup
- Cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- Demerara sugar1 cup
- unsalted butter1 dessert spoon
- Place the cup of milk, sugar and cocoa in a pan. Grind the hazelnuts in a blender or food processor. Then add it to the pan with milk and other ingredients. Shake well . And finally add a little cornstarch with milk, to thicken, leave in min on low heat.
