Guava roll cake

Em uma panela coloca a goiabada, a água e deixa derreter, assim que estiver tipo um creme eu coloca o suco de 1 limão, mexe um pouco e reserva.

Na batedeira coloca a manteiga e o açúcar e bate até misturar bem, depois com a batedeira ligada vai colocando os ovos um por um, bate bem, depois coloca a farinha de trigo e  mistura delicadamente com o fouet. 
Então unta o fundo (do lado de fora) de uma forma quadrada e despeja uma camada bem fina da massa e leva pra assar por uns 5 minutinhos, assando a primeira massa é só espalhar om pouco do doce da goiabada por cima da massa e começar enrolar, rete esse processo por mais 2 vezes. 
Assim que terminar polvilha açúcar de confeiteiro por cima.

Then grease the bottom (outside) in a square shape and pour a very thin layer of the dough and bake for about 5 minutes, baking the first dough just spread the little guava jam over the dough and start roll, retain this process for 2 more times.
Once done, sprinkle icing sugar on top.
