- Guava in cubes200 g
- Water1/4 cup
- Beat the vegetable fat with the sugar until a homogeneous mixture is obtained, then add the wheat flour and mix with your fingertips until a very smooth dough is obtained. Make balls of approximately 15 g and arrange in a shape. With a toothpick or other object the same thickness as a pencil, make a small hole on top of the balls.
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 20 minutes, it will depend on each oven so keep an eye out because the point will be when it is lightly golden on top.
- I took the guava in cubes and mix it with the water and take it to low heat until all the guava is melted. It can be done in the microwave by placing every 30 seconds and stirring until you see that it has melted. Place the guava in a ketchup-type tube.
- After removing the cookies from the oven while they are still hot and in the mold, fill the holes with the melted guava paste and then let it cool in the mold for two hours.
