  • Dry coconut1 l
  • Cinnamon stick to taste
  • Cinnamon to taste
  • Sugar1/2 cup
  • Salt to taste
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  1. Remove the corn kernels from the 5 cobs, hit the blender with 400 ml of coconut milk. Sift the corn in a pan and only use the liquid, add the sugar, butter, cinnamon, cloves and salt. Stir over low heat until it thickens, pour in another 200 ml of coconut milk and keep stirring until it thickens. Pour into a glass refractory and sprinkle with ground cinnamon.
  2. Note: coconut milk must be natural and thick. After sieving the corn, take it to the fire. If you leave the corn liquid waiting for about 15 minutes, the hominy has a bad taste.
