  • Cinnamon1 to taste
  1. Cut the corn off the cob with the help of a knife.
  2. Blend half of the corn, half of the milk and 1 cup of sugar in a blender.
  3. Pass this mixture through a sieve and put it in a pan.
  4. Repeat the blender process with the rest of the corn, milk and sugar.
  5. Strain and take the pan. Add the butter to the broth and cook over low heat, stirring constantly.
  6. Go tasting to see if the corn is cooked. The curau is like a cream.
  7. Sprinkle cinnamon to taste.
