Green Corn Cream

Rale as espigas de milho no ralo ou bata no liquidificador, e depois coe.
Coloque em uma panela em fogo baixo, acrescente o leite, água, o açúcar. Mexa até engrossar (de 15 à 20 minutos).
Polvilhe a canela por cima e sirva (opcional).

Grate the corncobs down the drain or blend them in a blender, then strain.
Place in a pan over low heat, add the milk, water, sugar. Stir until thickened (15 to 20 minutes).
Sprinkle cinnamon on top and serve (optional).
