- Chop the corn with the help of a very sharp knife and place it in the blender. Add the sugar and milk to the blender and blend for 5 to 7 minutes or until smooth. Pass the mixture through a fine sieve and place in a pan.
- Place over medium heat, stirring constantly, without clumping or burning, until it releases from the pan, for about 40 to 50 minutes. Until it is well cooked, smooth and of a thicker consistency, remembering that after cooling, it will be very firm.
- After that time, place it in a serving bowl or in several individual bowls (or 250g plastic molds, so that it is unmoulded) like the one in the photo, sprinkle with cinnamon to taste and let it cool completely. Decorate with flowers always
