- unsweetened greek yogurt1 cup
- vegetable oil1 cup
- eggs4 unit(s)
- 1 1/2 cup demerara sugar1 unit(s)
- wheat flour2 cup
- baking powder1 tablespoon
- Nutmeg1 teaspoon
- fresh apricot8 unit(s)
- 1/4 cup honey1 unit(s)
- Wash the apricots, cut in half, remove the core and cut into wedges. Forge the bottom in a greased way with the buds and book;
- In a bowl put the yogurt, oil, honey and eggs and stir with a fouet until well mixed;
- Put the other ingredients, mix and hit the batter for 3 minutes;
- Place the dough in the mold over the apricots and bake at 180° for approximately 40 minutes [always test with a toothpick].
