Tire as cascas e as sementes dos mamões , rale no ralo grosso e reserve , rale o como fresco ou use pacotinho ( é opcional ) . Leve o açúcar ,os cravos ea água ao fogo por 5 minutos  até fazer uma calda , acrescente os mamões  e deixe chegar ao ponto de sua preferência , acrescente o coco ralado , sirva gelado 

Remove the skins and seeds from the papayas, grate them in a large grater and reserve, grate them as fresh or use a small packet (optional). Bring the sugar, the cloves and the water to the fire for 5 minutes to make a syrup, add the papayas and let it reach the point of your preference, add the grated coconut, serve cold
