- Farofa: wheat flour100 g
- Farofa: sugar80 g
- Farofa: margarine50 g
- Beat the eggs with a whisk or in a mixer, add the sugar and the butter, mix well then add the milk and gradually the wheat flour and lastly the yeast.
- Add the dough in a greased shape over this dough put the already clean grapes and over the farofa. Bake for 40 minutes.
- For the farofa mix the three ingredients with your hands until you form the farofa. If you like, you can add a pinch of cinnamon to taste!
