- Grape without seed (1 box) | 1 unit(s)
- Sour cream | 1 can(s)
- Milk chocolate bar 90grs | 2 unit(s)
- 90grs semisweet chocolate bar | 1 unit(s)
- Dulce de leche (500gr pot) | 1 unit(s)
Recipe
- Loosen the grapes and wash, then dry well with the dish towel
- Melt the chocolate bars in the microwave (to avoid burning, melt 1 at a time, every 10 seconds)
- In a bowl, mix the melted chocolates with the cream.
- On a platter, make the first layer of dulce de leche, then place the grapes (whole) and on top of everything the chocolate cream (ganache).
- Leave it in the fridge to firm up.
