Ingredients

• Nescau | 3 cup
• Flour | 2 cup
• Sugar | 1 cup
• Eggs | 4 unit(s)
• Melted butter or margarine | 200 g

Recipe

1. Mix the Nescau, flour and sugar in a bowl.
2. Make a hole in the middle to add the beaten eggs and 200g of melted butter. Mix well with a spoon! Important: do not use fouet!!!
3. Grease the shape or put parchment paper, pour the mixture and take it to the preheated oven. Leave it for 12 minutes and check with the toothpick if the dough is ok!
4. If you need more oven, leave it for another 4 minutes. Enjoy and enjoy with an ice cream of your choice! :)
