- Flour2 cup
- Sugar1 cup
- Oil3/4 cup
- Egg3 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Yeast1 tablespoon
- Cinnamon to taste
- In a blender, beat the eggs, milk and oil for 2 minutes. Then add the sugar and beat for 1 more minute.
- Add the flour, beat until smooth. Tip: If it's too liquid, add another spoon of flour or cornstarch.
- Cut 3 bananas into cubes, flour them with half a tablespoon of flour. Put it in the dough, along with the yeast and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the greased and floured form. Cut an extra banana into slices to decorate the cake your way. :)
- Bake in a preheated oven at 180° and wait for about 30 minutes. Keep an eye!
