Grandma's Amelia Cake

Faça uma farofa com todos os ingredientes, menos o leite que tem que estar fervendo bem quente.
Por último vá acrescentando o leite aos poucos mexendo ,a massa fica um creme, unte uma forma de furo no meio e leve para assar uns 40 minutos  em forno médio. 

Make a farofa with all the ingredients, except the milk, which has to be boiling hot.
Finally, add the milk slowly, stirring, the dough becomes a cream, grease a hole shape in the middle and bake for about 40 minutes in a medium oven.

Só  estará bom quando estiver bem moreninho em cima , ele vai crescer depois que tirar do forno , vai ficar uma casca grossa por cima parecendo um pudim de pão..

It will only be good when it is very brown on top, it will rise after taking it out of the oven, it will have a thick crust on top looking like a bread pudding..

Só desenforme depois de totalmente frio.
