Ingredients

  • Powdered milk | 2 cup
  • Sugar | 2 cup
  • Water | 1 cup
  • Sour cream | 200 g
  • Eggs | 2 unit(s)

Recipe

  1. In a blender, beat the powdered milk, sugar and water until creamy. Set aside and leave in the fridge for 3 hours or 1 hour in the freezer.
  2. Separate the yolks and whites. Beat the egg whites and add the cold cream until it has a creamy consistency.
  3. Add the powdered milk cream and egg yolks and mix in the mixer or by hand.
  4. Leave in the freezer or freezer until ice cream consistency.
  5. In the photo I serve it with dulce de leche paqueca.
