Whisk the whole milk, condensed milk, cream, neutral alloy and strawberry-flavored juice powder in a blender and set aside.
Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and set aside
With the chocolate still warm, place it in the ice cream bag with the help of a teaspoon and spread throughout the bag.
Place the mixture in the blender with the melted chocolate inside the bag and tie a knot in the bag, place in the refrigerator until consistency is achieved.
Now just serve.
