  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Raw white rice2 cup
  • Eggs3 unit(s)
  • Soybean oil1/2 cup
  • Milk1/2 cup
  • Refined sugar1 cup
  • Chemical Yeast1 tablespoon
  • Vanilla essence1 tablespoon
  • Grated Parmesan cheese (optional)3 tablespoon
  1. Soak the rice in hot water for 1 hour and drain.
  2. Blend all ingredients (except yeast) in a blender for about 3 minutes.
  3. Add the yeast and beat quickly, just to mix.
  4. Put the dough in a shape (22 cm round) greased only with oil
  5. Bake at 180 degrees for +- 30 minutes
  6. Wait for it to cool down to unmold.
