  • Ingredients
  • Recipe
  • Rice flour1 cup
  • Coconut Sugar2 tablespoon
  • Coconut oil2 tablespoon
  • Egg1 unit(s)
  • plant milk200 ml
  • Chemical Yeast1 teaspoon
  • Frozen berries to taste
  1. In a bowl, combine all the dry ingredients. Add the egg, coconut oil and milk.
  2. Mix until smooth.
  3. In a hot non-stick skillet, place small portions of the dough and once golden on one side, turn and brown on the other.
  4. Let the fruits thaw naturally and serve over the pancakes with the crucible they will release. If desired, drizzle with a drizzle of honey.
