Como preparar 
Na batedeira, coloque 3 claras e bata até o ponto de claras em neve.

Depois, adicione 3 gemas e 2 xícaras de chá de açúcar. Bata até obter uma massa homogênea.

Em seguida, acrescente 2 xícaras de chá de farinha de arroz, 1 xícara de chá de leite, 2 colheres de sopa de manteiga derretida e bata bem a massa.

Por último, adicione 1 colher de sopa de fermento em pó , as claras que batemos antes e misture delicadamente.

Divida a massa em duas tigelas.

Em uma tigela, adicione 2 colheres de sopa de achocolatado e misture.

Em uma forma untada e enfarinhada, coloque a massa branca.

Depois, acrescente a massa de chocolate.

Leve ao forno preaquecido a 180 graus Celsius por 15 minutos.

Espete um palito para saber se está pronto. Caso saia limpo, pode retirar do forno e servir.
