- Let's get ready! 🥣 In a blender, place the eggs, yogurt, melted butter or oil, sugar and beat everything very well. Transfer to a bowl and add the flour mix, cornstarch, lemon juice, lemon zest, baking soda and mix until a homogeneous mass is formed. Pour the dough into a greased mold and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about half an hour. 🥧 For the syrup, mix the condensed milk, the cream of milk, the lemon juice and place over the cake once it cools down.
