- Plain yogurt2 tablespoon
- Almond flour2 tablespoon
- Cocoa Powder1 teaspoon
- Demerara sugar1 teaspoon
- Fresh Cherries to taste
- Whey protein strawberry flavor2 tablespoon
- Powdered coconut milk to sprinkle on top of the cake to taste
- Baking Powder1 teaspoon
- Cherries in syrup1 tablespoon
- In a bowl or bowl add the egg and beat well with a fork until foamy.
- Add the natural yogurt and mix again
- Add the almond flour, sugar and cocoa powder and mix until smooth
- Add the chopped cherries in syrup and mix well
- Lastly add the baking powder and mix gently
- Bake in the microwave for 2 minutes and 30 seconds
- Allow to cool completely and unmold carefully.
- Make the syrup by mixing the strawberry-flavored whey protein with a little water until a consistent syrup is formed.
- Cover the cupcake with this syrup and decorate with the cherries.
- Sprinkle powdered coconut milk on top if desired and voila
- Serve then đđ
