- Amaranth flakes (or oatmeal or other nutritious flour)1 tablespoon
- cocoa powder1 tablespoon
- demerara sugar (or double if you prefer sweeter flavors)1/2 tablespoon
- cake yeast1/2 teaspoon
- Mix everything until you form a homogeneous mass and take it to bake in the hot waffle maker!
