- eggs (whites and yolks separated)4 unit(s)
- melted butter3 tablespoon
- sugar2 cup
- gluten free flour mix2 cup
- nest milk1 cup
- 50% chocolate or cocoa1 cup
- hot water1.5 cup
- sodium bicarbonate1 tablespoon
- condensed milk1 unit(s)
- margarine1 dessert spoon
- 50% chocolate or cocoa to taste
- sour cream1 unit(s)
- in a mixer, beat the egg whites and set aside
- still in the mixer, in another bowl, beat the yolks, butter and sugar until it becomes a fluffy cream.
- without stopping beating, add the flour, alternating with the hot water, nest milk and the chocolate or cocoa, until smooth.
- add the snow whites and the baking powder, mixing gently, when everything is homogeneous, add the bicarbonate
- transfer to a shape and take it to the medium oven, preheated, for 30 minutes or until golden.
- for the topping, with the fire off add the cream and the chocolate, mix until smooth
- still with the fire off, add the condensed milk little by little and mix always, if you want you can put a pinch of salt to enhance the flavor
- after everything mixed, turn on the fire and mix until you reach the coverage point
