  • Gluten-free amine flour2 cup
  • Oat flour1 cup
  • Brown sugar1 cup
  • Vegetable oil100 ml
  • Alcohol Vinegar1 tablespoon
  • Baking powder1 tablespoon
  • Baking soda1/4 coffee spoon
  • Cinnamon1 coffee spoon
  • Candied fruit150 g
  1. Pre heat the oven to 180 degrees.
  2. In a bowl add the flour, cinnamon and sugar. Mix well.
  3. Add the oil and 400 ml of water. Mix well.
  4. Mix the candied fruits and then add the bicarbonate, vinegar and yeast. Gently mix these last added ingredients.
  5. Transfer the cake to a greased pan.
  6. Bake in the oven for approximately 40 minutes. The time will depend on your oven.
  7. ATTENTION: Never open the oven to see how the cake is doing before 20 minutes.
